Broc Shot delivers natural sulforaphane formed by the enzymatic reaction of glucoraphanin and myrosinase—just as it occurs in broccoli. Our formula combines 95% broccoli seed powder with 5% horseradish powder to protect the delicate myrosinase enzyme and ensure a consistent, high-yield, chemical-free dose every time.
Better Than Organic
While we respect organic certification, our standards are higher. "Certified organic" refers to a specific certification and standards, but it doesn't mean pesticide-free. In the US, pesticides that meet the criteria of the USDA National Organic Program may be used in organic crop production.

Sulforaphane is a naturally occurring compound formed from compounds found in broccoli seeds. It’s created when glucoraphanin interacts with the enzyme myrosinase — activating sulforaphane in real time. The most powerful activator of our bodies defense system. Broc Shot is simple and natural. We never use extracts or stabilized sulforaphane in our formula.

Yes. Both formats deliver identical 12–16 mg of active sulforaphane per serving. Take 2 capsules daily to match one powder sachet. Every batch is third-party tested to guarantee no less than 12 mg, with most batches delivering 15–16 mg. The only difference is delivery method—capsules use delayed-release technology to activate in your small intestine, while powder activates when mixed with water.
Broc Shot Capsules use a vegan delayed-release (enteric) coating that protects both glucoraphanin and the myrosinase enzyme through stomach acid. The capsule dissolves in your small intestine where pH is optimal for activation. When released, myrosinase converts glucoraphanin to sulforaphane inside your body—the same reaction that happens when mixing powder with water, just internally. Research shows enteric coating can enhance conversion by protecting myrosinase from stomach acidity.
Take 2 capsules daily with water—with or without food. If you're new to sulforaphane or have a sensitive stomach, start with 1 capsule after a meal. The natural, plant-based delayed-release coating protects ingredients through stomach acid regardless of food intake, but taking with food during the first week can help minimize digestive adjustment as your body adapts to enhanced detoxification. Choose a consistent time daily for best results.
Broc Shot uses whole broccoli seed powder, not sprout powder. Our seeds contain 30x more glucoraphanin than sprouts and provide more consistent yields—nearly 30% of sprout batches fail quality standards due to processing degradation. Most importantly, Broc Shot capsules include active myrosinase enzyme (many broccoli supplements don't), which is essential for converting glucoraphanin to sulforaphane. The natural, plant-based delayed-release coating protects myrosinase until it reaches your small intestine.
You can, but it's not recommended. If swallowing capsules is difficult, you’re welcome to open them and take the contents as a shot. Simply mix the powder from the capsules with about 2 oz of cold to room-temperature water before drinking.
